Q: I got an error "Error you must define a Power Zone Set before uploading a ride." How can I
fix this?

A: All you have to do is navigate to the Power Zones settings screen and either save the default
power zones if they work for you, or else change the Power Zones and then save them. From
the main menu click [Settings]-> [Power Zones] and the Power Zones settings screen should
display. Make any changes if required, then click the [Save] button on the upper right side
of the form.

Q. My Zwift rides which I have configured to upload to Garmin Connect are not being synced into KOMInformatics.
What's up with that?

A. Files in Garmin Connect that originate from a third party application such as Zwift will not be available for sync to
another service such as KOMInformatics. The best workaround is to dual record your rides using both your Garmin
head unit and Zwift.
